How do I place an order?
From the home page click on Product Catalog. On this page you will find the different categories of products we offer. Click on any category to be taken to that selection. Click on which style you would like to see. You can either click the description of the bracelet or the picture to place an order. Once you are on the order page you can choose which options you would like your bracelet to have. Click submit when you are finished with your options. If you would like to continue shopping, click "continue shopping."
What are your bracelets made of?
At Beads From The Heart we only use the finest quality materials. We use sterling silver beads, letters, charms and findings and 14 karat gold-filled beads and findings. Our Bali beads are sterling silver. We use genuine Swarovski Crystals from Austria.
What are your guarantees?
Beads From The Heart offers three great guarantees:
1. One-Year Workmanship Guarantee - If your bracelet should need repair, just send it to us within 1 year of purchase and we will gladly repair it free of charge. (This does not apply to lost charms - If your bracelet contains charms, it is recommended that the charms be soldered on to your bracelet by a jeweler, as we do not have the means to do that here. Soldering will help to secure the charms to your bracelet and help prevent loss.)
2. Resizing Guarantee - If your bracelet does not fit properly, return it to us within 60 days of receipt and we will resize it for free.
3. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee - If you are not pleased with your bracelet for any reason, simply return it to us within 60 days and we will change it to meet your needs.
How long will it take for my bracelet to arrive?
In most cases, orders are shipped within 14 days of purchase. Occasionally supplies are out of stock or backordered. If this occurs you will be notified with an approximate shipping date. This only occurs in about 10% of our orders.
Once an order is completed, it is shipped via Priority Mail, which generally takes 2-3 days, or by UPS ground, which takes 1-5 days, click here for ground map. Holiday and special occasion completion and shipping times are longer. Click here for holiday and special occasion order information.
What size do I order?
Most women's bracelets are between 7" and 8". Click here for measuring information. Remember, if the bracelet does not fit send it back within 60 days, and we will resize it for free.
I had another child, can I add a name or another strand?
Of course you can! One of the greatest joys for us is adding another name or strand. You can purchase the new strand online (by clicking here) or send payment and your bracelet to:

You should have received a repair form with your bracelet. If you no longer have the repair form or cannot find it, click here to get a new repair form. Please fill this form out and send it along with your bracelet. If you would like to add a strand the charge is $44 for sterling bracelet styles and $49 for gold/two-toned bracelet styles. This is the same price as a single strand bracelet. This price includes first-class shipping with signature confirmation. If you would like Priority Mail (without insurance) or UPS (without insurance) please add $5 or $8, respectively.
If you would like to add a name to your bracelet the charge is $2.50 per letter. We recommend that there be no more than 18 letters per strand to keep the style of the bracelet consistent. You can purchase an additional name online (by clicking here) or you can send your payment information along with your repair form and bracelet.
Some mothers have chosen to add a strand before they have more children. Click here for an example of this. If you are planning on having more children, this option will allow you to have a "place holder" and will save you money.
How can I get my bracelet repaired?
If you purchased your bracelet less than a year ago, the repair is covered under our guarantees. Just send your bracelet to the address above. You should have received a repair form with your bracelet. If you no longer have the repair form or cannot find it, click here to get a new repair form. Please fill this form out and send it along with your bracelet.
If you purchased your bracelet more than a year ago, there is a $10 per strand repair fee. Send the bracelet, repair form and payment information to the address above. This price includes first-class shipping with signature confirmation. If you would like Priority Mail (without insurance) or UPS (with insurance)please add $5 or $8, respectively.
