* 1-Year Workmanship Guarantee: If your bracelet should need repair, just send it to us within 1 year of purchase along with a copy of your receipt and we will gladly repair it free of charge. (This does not apply to lost charms - see "charms" below)
* Resizing Guarantee: If your bracelet does not fit properly, return it to us within 60 days of receipt and we will resize it for free.
* Complete Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not pleased with your bracelet for any reason, simply return it to us within 60 days and we will change it to meet your needs.
Charms - If your bracelet contains charms, it is recommended that the charms be soldered on to your bracelet by a jeweler, as we do not have the means to do that here. Soldering will help to secure the charms to your bracelet and help prevent loss.
