There are three steps for resizing, repairs, etc:
1. Print and fill out a repair/resizing form and send it to us with your bracelet.
2. Fill out and submit the electronic form below.
3. Mail your paper form and bracelet to: (be sure to mail with insurance)

If your bracelet purchase does not fall within the timeline for our guarantees there is a $12 per strand repair/resizing fee. Send the bracelet and repair/resizing form to the address above. This price includes first-class shipping with signature confirmation. If you would like Priority Mail (with or without insurance) or UPS please choose the appropriate shipping option at the end of your order.
For example: "I purchased a double-strand bracelet two years ago and only one of the strands broke. Do I purchase a repair for a single-strand bracelet or double?"
Because both strands will need to be restrung, you will need to purchase a double-strand repair.
For bracelets that only need to be resized, please follow the same instructions as above.
For repairs or resizing of bracelets purchased from another company, follow the same instructions as above.
