Standard orders are generally completed and shipped within 14 business days.  However, if supplies are out of stock or backordered, the time may be lengthened by a few days.  This only occurs in about 10% of orders and we will notify you via email if this is the case.

Special requests may take longer since these item(s) are not usually kept in stock. 

Once an order is completed, it is shipped via Priority Mail, which generally takes 2-3 shipping days, or by UPS ground, which takes about 1-5 shipping days, click here to see UPS ground map.  Holiday and Special Occasion completion and shipping times are longer; so, be sure to order ahead of time. Repairs and additions come with first-class shipping with signature confirmation.  If you would like Priority Mail, or UPS, an additional cost will be added.  See FAQ page for more information.
